A Social Media Makeover
Grand Indonesia, one of the country’s top malls, had a strong social presence but a feed cluttered with tenant promos. To bring back its unique personality, we introduced three fresh content pillars: Sunday with the Tastemakers, featuring influencer-led editorial shots of favorite finds; Streets of Grand Indonesia, a street-style series capturing fashionable visitors; and Quotes by Grand Indonesia, playful, copy-driven posts that reflect the mall’s fun, vibrant spirit.

We collaborated with lifestyle KOLs to create weekly editorial photo series, each showcasing different products and spots around the mall. Posted every Sunday afternoon—Grand Indonesia’s peak traffic time—they highlight the best of the mall in a stylish, engaging way.
Streets of Grand Indonesia
Grand Indonesia’s image is defined by its visitors. To highlight its sophisticated, stylish vibe, we photographed chic shoppers and shared their photos weekly on Instagram, tagging each person to show that anyone could be featured.

To resonate with our audience, we created several funny and shareable quotes. These contents are copy based with striking colors.
